When something on 99Exch will not cooperate

The address will not load. Blame the provider first. Your username opens every other row in the mirror table, so try one of those before messaging anyone.

The password is rejected. Check whether you are still typing the temporary one after already changing it, which happens more than anyone admits. If that is not it, the reset route is on the password page linked above.
